A building-industry studio for New Zealand projects

3D Design Studios started in Sydney in 2021 and has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. We render, draft, draw shop drawings and measure take-offs for builders, designers, developers, suppliers and real estate agents, and New Zealand clients work with us the same way Australian ones do: entirely online, from their plans.

Our founder, Anthony Milostic, worked in the building industry for more than 25 years before starting the studio, including over 17 years at James Hardie as a technical manager, where he wrote the ExoTec facade manual. That background is why our cladding drawings and take-offs follow the way systems are actually installed.

Working with New Zealand

Sydney is two hours behind New Zealand for most of the year, so our working day overlaps yours. We quote in NZ dollars, agree a fixed price before starting, and talk through projects by email and video call.

What we are, and what we are not

We are a visualisation, drafting and estimating studio. We are not an architectural practice, a quantity surveying firm or a consenting authority, and we do not sign producer statements or lodge consents. We work for the people who do: designers, licensed building practitioners, builders, developers and their consultants.
