How it works
From your plans to finished files, without a site visit
We work from the drawings you already have, so there is nothing to book in. This is what happens once you send us a project.
1. Send your plans
Upload plans, a model or a marked-up sketch through the quote form, or email them. Tell us what the work is for (a client meeting, a consent, a listing, a tender) and when you need it.
2. Get a fixed price
We read the plans and reply within one working day with a fixed price, a delivery date and any questions. If information is missing, we say so at the start rather than halfway through.
3. Accept and we begin
Reply to accept the quote. Registered businesses pay no deposit.
4. Check the draft
Renders: you approve the camera angles on a white model before full rendering. Drawings: a PDF draft for you to mark up. Take-offs: the quantities with coloured mark-ups showing what was measured.
5. Final files
Print and web images, DWG and PDF drawings, or spreadsheet quantities, sent by email or download link. We keep your model so later changes are quick.
Questions we are asked
What time zone do you work in?
Sydney time, which is two hours behind New Zealand for most of the year. Our working days overlap, so most questions are answered the same day.
Can we talk a project through?
Yes. We can set up a video call at a time that suits you during the working day.
How do I send large files?
Use the upload on the quote form, or put a WeTransfer, Dropbox or Google Drive link in your message. Finished files come back the same way.
