Our studio is in Sydney, ten to eleven hours ahead of the UK. Drawings you send in the afternoon are worked on overnight, so drafts and take-offs are often waiting when you start the next morning.
We are one team for the things a project needs before it is built: CGIs and animations to sell it and win planning, CAD and shop drawings to build it, and take-offs and estimates to price it.

Upload plans, elevations or a model with any finishes. PDF, DWG, Revit, SketchUp and IFC all work.

Approve a fixed price
We quote within one working day. Nothing starts until you agree the price.

Check the draft
For CGIs you approve the camera angle on a clay model first. For drawings and take-offs you get a marked-up draft.

Receive the files
Print and web files, DWG and PDF drawings or Excel quantities, by email.
Questions we are asked
How does a studio in Australia work for UK clients?
Everything happens online: you send drawings, we send a fixed quote, you approve a clay-model check, and the finished files arrive by email. Because Sydney is ahead of the UK, work sent at the end of your day is usually progressed overnight.
What does a CGI cost in the UK?
Our exterior and interior CGIs start from £245 per image, excluding VAT. The exact price depends on the size of the building, the amount of context and the number of views, and we fix it from your drawings, normally within one working day, before any work starts.
Do you only do renders?
No. As well as CGIs and animations, we produce CAD drafting, shop drawings for cladding and joinery, quantity take-offs and estimates, so one team can supply the images, the drawings and the quantities for a project.
How do I pay?
We invoice in pounds sterling. Prices exclude VAT, and your invoice shows how VAT applies to your order.
