Our team works on Sydney time, 14 to 19 hours ahead of the mainland US depending on your time zone and the season. Plans you send before you leave for the day are worked on overnight, so drafts, takeoffs and first views are often waiting when you get in.
We cover the work a project needs before anyone breaks ground: renderings and flythroughs to sell it, CAD drawings and shop drawings to build it, and takeoffs and estimates to price it, at prices set for builders and contractors who need this work every month.

Renderings start with a gray-model check of the camera angles; drawings and takeoffs arrive as a marked-up draft.

Can an Australian studio work on US projects?
Yes. Everything runs online from your plans: you send the drawings, we send a fixed quote, you approve a draft, and the finished files arrive by email. Sydney is 14 to 19 hours ahead of the mainland US, so work you send in your afternoon usually moves forward overnight.
How is a job priced?
We price each job from your drawings within one business day, before any work starts, in US dollars. The figure depends on the size of the project, the number of views or trades, and your deadline.
Is it only renderings?
No. We also draft in CAD, draw siding and facade panel shop drawings, and measure construction takeoffs and estimates, so the images, drawings and quantities for one project can come from one team.
How do we pay?
We quote and invoice in US dollars, and registered businesses pay no deposit. Prices exclude any sales or use tax that applies in your state.
