3D Design Studios Pty Ltd ("3D Design Studios", "we") is a company registered in Australia (ACN 651 673 282). We handle personal information from New Zealand clients in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Contact: hello@studio3dds.com.

What we collect and why

• Enquiries and quotes: your name, company, email, phone number, your message and any plans you send, so we can reply and price the work.
• Projects: contact details and project files needed to deliver and invoice the work, and the records accounting and tax law require.
• Business contact: where we contact businesses about our services, we use publicly listed business contact details and always include a way to opt out.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-friendly visitor statistics, we will describe them here.

Where your information is held

We are based in Australia, so your information is held in Australia and with our service providers for email and file storage, under privacy protections comparable to New Zealand's.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@studio3dds.com. If our answer does not resolve your concern, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz) can look into it.
