A building-industry studio working with Canada

3D Design Studios opened in Sydney in 2021 and has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. We produce renderings, drafting, shop drawings and takeoffs for builders, designers, developers, product suppliers and real estate agents, and our Canadian clients work with us entirely online, from the drawings they already have.

Our founder, Anthony Milostic, spent more than 25 years in the building industry before starting the studio, over 17 of them at James Hardie as a technical manager, where he wrote the ExoTec facade manual. That is why our siding drawings and takeoffs follow the way systems are really installed.

Working with Canada

Sydney is 15 to 19 hours ahead of Canada, so the work you send at the end of your day moves forward overnight. We quote in Canadian dollars, agree a fixed price before starting, and set up video calls early in your morning or late in your afternoon.

What we are, and what we are not

We are a visualization, drafting and estimating studio. We are not an architecture firm, an engineering firm or a quantity surveying practice, and we do not stamp drawings or apply for permits. We work for the people who do: architects, engineers, qualified designers, builders and developers.
