Drawn to the system
Every siding and panel system has its own fastening schedule, joint widths and flashing details, and many Canadian walls are built as rainscreens over strapping. We draw to the manufacturer's installation guide and the designer's details, and mark anything outside them so it is resolved before install day.
Our founder spent more than 17 years at James Hardie as a technical manager and wrote the ExoTec facade manual, so fibre cement and panel systems are home ground for us.

Questions we are asked
Do you take responsibility for the building envelope?
No. Envelope design stays with the designer, the envelope consultant and the manufacturer. Our drawings set out their details, and we flag conflicts so they can be fixed before work starts.
