3D Design Studios Pty Ltd ("3D Design Studios", "we") is a company registered in Australia (ACN 651 673 282). We handle personal information from Canadian clients in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Questions: hello@studio3dds.com.

The information we collect

• Inquiries and quotes: your name, company, email, phone number, message and any drawings you send, so we can respond and price the work.
• Projects: the contact details and files needed to deliver and invoice the work, plus the records accounting and tax rules require.
• Business outreach: when we contact businesses about our services, we use publicly listed business contact details and always offer a way to opt out.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add privacy-friendly visitor statistics, we will explain them here.

Where it is stored

Because we are based in Australia, your information is stored in Australia and with the providers we use for email and file storage, and it is protected there with safeguards comparable to Canadian standards.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 24 months. Project and invoice records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires.

To see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent to marketing, email hello@studio3dds.com. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) accepts complaints.
