How it works
From your drawings to final files, online and overnight
Everything is done from the drawings you already have, so there is no site visit to book. Here is what happens once you send us a project.
1. Upload what you have
Send plans, a model or a marked-up sketch through the quote form, or by email. Tell us what the work is for (a client meeting, an application, a listing, a bid) and your deadline.
2. Receive a fixed price
We review the drawings and reply within one business day with a fixed price, a delivery date and any questions. Missing information is flagged at the start, not halfway through.
3. Approve it and we start
Reply to approve the quote. Registered businesses pay no deposit.
4. Review the draft
Renderings: you approve the camera angles on a white model before final rendering. Drawings: a PDF draft for your mark-ups. Takeoffs: quantities with coloured mark-ups showing what was measured.
5. Final files
Print and web images, DWG and PDF drawings, or spreadsheet quantities, by email or download link. We keep your model on file so later changes are fast.
Questions we are asked
Which time zone do you work in?
Sydney time, 15 to 19 hours ahead of Canada depending on the province and the season. Work sent in your afternoon usually moves forward overnight.
Can we talk through a project?
Yes. We can set up a video call early in your morning or late in your afternoon, when our working days overlap.
How do I send large files?
Use the upload on the quote form, or add a WeTransfer, Dropbox or Google Drive link to your message. Finished files come back the same way.
