Who orders them
Custom and production builders bid with them, developers run them before making an offer on land, and trade contractors use them to check their own numbers. You control the final figure, because every rate is visible and editable.

Can you use our unit rates?
Yes. Send them and we price with them. If you have no rate list, we propose rates for your sign-off before pricing and list them in the estimate.
