Why is every job quoted?
The work behind a rendering or a takeoff depends on the drawings: the size of the building, the amount of landscaping and context, the number of views or trades. Pricing from your plans means the number is fixed and you never pay for guesswork.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. We quote and invoice in Canadian dollars, and prices exclude GST/HST.
Is there a deposit?
Not for registered businesses. Work starts when you approve the quote.
Do extra views cost less?
Yes. Another view of a model we have already built, a second colour package or the next phase of a project costs less than the first rendering.
