Terms of business

Who we work with

In the United States we work with businesses: builders and general contractors, remodelers, architects and building designers, developers, product manufacturers, kitchen and bath companies and real estate brokerages. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales or use tax that applies in your state.

Quotes

Each quote sets out the scope, the price and the delivery date. Work starts once you approve it in writing, and email counts.

Your drawings and information

Our renderings, drawings and quantities follow the information you give us, so any error or change in it carries through to our work. Please check every draft and final file; takeoffs and estimates list the assumptions behind them.

Professional responsibility

3D Design Studios provides rendering, drafting and estimating services only. Code compliance, permits, zoning, structural and envelope design, surveys and site decisions remain with the client and the client's licensed architects, engineers, surveyors and designers.

Changes and revisions

Each quote states the revisions it includes. Design changes after a draft is approved are priced before we make them.

Using our work

Once you have paid in full, you may use the images and drawings for the project they were made for. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
