Renderings & video
3D flythrough videos
A flythrough takes buyers up the driveway, through the front door and out to the backyard in under a minute. We render the video from your plans and selections, with music and titles if you want them, for sales centers, websites and launch events.
- Price
- From US$1,195 per 60-second video
- Turnaround
- Usually 2 to 3 weeks for a 60-second video

Approve the path before we render
Video takes far longer to render than a still, so we agree the camera path first, with a quick preview of where the camera goes and how long each shot lasts. Changes at that stage are cheap, and full rendering starts only once the story is right.
Videos builders use
- A 60-second tour of a model home before it is built
- A drive through a new community from the entry monument
- An orbit of the exterior for a plan page or social post
- A tour of a commercial building for a leasing launch
Stills from the same model
The model made for the video also gives you still renderings and floor plans for less than ordering them separately, so the whole campaign matches.
Questions we are asked
How long should a flythrough be?
For websites and social posts, 30 to 60 seconds is usually plenty. Sales center screens can loop a longer cut. We price by finished length.
Can we add a voice-over?
Yes. Send a recorded voice-over and we cut the shots to its timing.
