3D Design Studios Pty Ltd ("3D Design Studios", "we") is a company registered in Australia (ACN 651 673 282). This policy explains how we handle personal information from US clients and visitors to this site. Questions: hello@studio3dds.com.

What we collect, and why

• Quote requests: your name, company, email, phone number, message and any plans you send, so we can answer and price the work.
• Projects: the contact details and files we need to deliver and invoice the work, and the records that accounting and tax rules require us to keep.
• Business outreach: when we contact businesses about our services, we use publicly listed business contact details and always include a way to opt out.

What we do not do

Your personal information is never sold, rented or handed to advertisers. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies; if we ever add privacy-friendly visitor statistics, we will describe them here first.

Where it is kept

We are based in Australia, so your information is held in Australia and with the email and file storage providers we use, with reasonable safeguards to protect it.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to a project are deleted after 24 months. Project and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or stop any marketing from us, by emailing hello@studio3dds.com.
