How it works
Your plans in, finished files out, overnight
No site visit and no software to install: we work from the drawings you already have. Five steps take a project from upload to final files.
1. Upload the plans
Use the quote form or plain email. Plans, a model or a marked-up sketch all work, plus a line on the purpose (sales launch, permit set, bid, listing) and the date you need it by.
2. A fixed price comes back
Within one business day we reply with a price in US dollars, a delivery date and any questions about the drawings, so nothing is discovered halfway through the job.
3. Say yes
Approve the quote by reply. There is no deposit for registered businesses, and the clock starts that day.
4. Mark up a draft
For renderings, you sign off the camera angles on a plain gray model first. Drawings arrive as a PDF for your red-lines, and takeoffs as quantities with colored mark-ups of everything measured.
5. Final files, and a model on file
Images for print and web, DWG and PDF sheets, or Excel quantities arrive by email or download link. We keep the model, so the next change or the next plan in the series is quicker.
Questions we are asked
When are you working, in US hours?
We work on Sydney time, which is 14 to 19 hours ahead of the mainland US, depending on the season and your time zone. That is why work sent in your afternoon usually moves forward before your next morning.
Can we get on a call?
Yes. Early morning or late afternoon your time is when our workdays overlap, and we can set up a video call then.
Our plan set is huge. How do we send it?
Attach what fits on the quote form, or put a WeTransfer, Dropbox or Google Drive link in your message. We send the finished files back the same way.
