The work behind a rendering or a takeoff depends on the drawings: the size of the home, the landscaping and context, the number of views or trades. Pricing from your plans means the figure is fixed before we start, and you never pay for guesswork.
Are prices in US dollars?
Yes. We quote and invoice in US dollars. Prices exclude any sales or use tax that applies in your state.
Do you take a deposit?
Not from registered businesses. Work starts as soon as you approve the quote.
Is the second image cheaper than the first?
Yes. Another view of a model we have already built, an extra elevation option or a second color scheme costs less than the first rendering.
