Terms of business

Who we work with

We work with businesses: designers, builders, developers, contractors, suppliers and agents. We are an Australian company and are not registered for UK VAT, so our prices exclude VAT; UK VAT-registered customers account for any VAT under the reverse charge.

Quotes

Each quote states the work, the price in pounds sterling (excluding VAT) and the delivery date. Work starts when you accept the quote in writing.

Your information

We work from the drawings and information you provide. Images, drawings and quantities are only as accurate as that information. Please check our work before relying on it; take-offs and estimates list the assumptions we made.

Professional responsibility

3D Design Studios provides visualisation, drafting and estimating services. Design decisions, compliance with the Building Regulations and planning requirements, structural design and fire strategy remain the responsibility of the client and their appointed designers and engineers.

Changes

Minor changes are included as described in each quote. Changes to the design after a draft is approved are quoted before we carry them out.

Use of the work

Once paid for, you may use the images and drawings for the project they were made for. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
