Who we are

3D Design Studios Pty Ltd ("3D Design Studios", "we"), a company registered in Australia (ACN 651 673 282), is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@studio3dds.com.

What we collect and why

• Enquiries and quotes: your name, company, email, phone number, your message and any drawings you send, so we can reply and quote. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• Projects: contact details and project files needed to deliver and invoice the work. Lawful basis: contract, and legal obligations for accounting records.
• Business contact for marketing: where we contact businesses about our services, we use publicly available business contact details and always include a way to opt out. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-friendly visitor statistics, we will describe them here and give you a way to object.

Where your data goes

We are based in Australia, so your data is transferred to and stored in Australia, and with our service providers (email and file hosting). We protect these transfers with appropriate safeguards as required by UK GDPR.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to its use or ask us to restrict it, by emailing hello@studio3dds.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
