3D visualisation & CGI

Exterior architectural CGI

An exterior CGI shows the building before it exists: the brick, the cladding, the glazing and the light on the facade, accurate to your elevations. It is the image that sells a plot, wins a planning committee round or gets a client to sign off a design.

Built from your elevations, not guessed

We model the building from the drawings you send: window positions, reveal depths, eaves and verge details, roof pitch. If the elevations and plans disagree, we ask before we render rather than picking one. That is what makes a CGI safe to use in a planning application or a contract.

UK materials and settings

Facing brick with the right bond and mortar colour, through-coloured render, slate or plain tile roofs, timber or fibre-cement cladding, standing-seam metal: we match the product you specify, or show two or three options so you can choose. Landscaping is planted to suit a British street, not a Mediterranean one.

Common uses

  • Design sign-off with private clients
  • Design and access statements and planning submissions
  • Plot marketing on Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket
  • Site hoardings and sales-suite displays
  • Investor and lender presentations

Questions we are asked

Can you show different brick or cladding options?

Yes. Once the model is built, alternative material schemes are quick to produce, so it is common to order one view in two or three finishes and choose from the results.

Will the CGI match what gets built?

It matches the drawings and specification you give us. If the design changes during construction, we can update the model so your marketing images stay accurate.

Do you add the neighbouring buildings?

For planning and street-facing views we model the neighbours in simple or full detail from photos, so the scheme is shown in its real context.
