We measure drylining wall by wall and ceiling by ceiling: boards, studs, track, insulation and finishing, with fire-rated and acoustic partitions listed separately so they are priced as the specification requires.

Partition types kept separate
Fire-rated, acoustic and moisture-resistant partitions use different boards and systems, and they are often where tenders go wrong. We measure each partition type as its own line, matched to the specification, so a 60-minute fire wall is never priced as a standard partition.

Can you follow a manufacturer's system specification?
Yes. Tell us the system and we quantify its components to the manufacturer's published build-up.
