Interior CGI and 3D interior rendering

Interior CGIs let buyers stand in a room that has not been built yet. We render kitchens, open-plan living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms with the actual products you specify, so the image can be used to sell an off-plan flat or to get a client to approve a design.

For kitchen and bathroom studios

A kitchen CGI closes the sale before the cabinets are ordered. Send the kitchen design (from your planning software or as drawings) with door style, handle, worktop and appliance choices, and we render it in the customer's room. Swapping a door colour or worktop afterwards is quick, so you can show two or three options at the design appointment.

For developers and show homes

Off-plan flats sell from interior images. We style each room for the buyer you are targeting, whether that is a first-time buyer, a downsizer or an investor, and keep the furniture to scale so rooms are not flattered. The same model gives you a 3D floor plan and a short walk-through if you need them.

For interior designers

Show a client the finished scheme before anything is bought. We match fabrics, finishes and joinery from your schedule and can produce variations of the same room for the presentation.

Questions we are asked

Can you use the exact products we sell?

Yes. Send product links, manufacturer codes or samples photographed in daylight, and we model or source accurate versions. Where a manufacturer supplies 3D files we use them.

How do colour options work?

Once the room is built, each extra colour scheme is a fraction of the first image. Many kitchen studios order one view in three door colours.

Will furniture make the room look bigger than it is?

No. We keep furniture at real sizes and the camera at a natural height and lens, so buyers are not misled about room sizes.
