How it works
From your drawings to finished files, all online
Everything is done from your drawings, so there is no site visit to arrange. Here is what happens after you send us a project.
1. Send what you have
Upload drawings, a model or even a marked-up sketch through the quote form, or email them. Tell us what the work is for (planning, sales, a tender) and when you need it.
2. Get a fixed price
We review the drawings and reply within one working day with a fixed price, a delivery date and any questions. If something is missing, we say so now, not halfway through.
3. Approve and we start
Reply to accept the quote. There is no deposit for registered businesses.
4. Check the draft
CGIs: you approve the camera angle on a grey clay model before full rendering. Drawings: you get a PDF draft to mark up. Take-offs: you get the quantities with coloured mark-ups showing what was measured.
5. Final files
High-resolution and web images, DWG and PDF drawings, or Excel quantities, sent by email or a download link. We keep your model and files so future changes are quick.
Questions we are asked
What time zone do you work in?
Sydney, Australia, which is 9 to 11 hours ahead of the UK depending on the time of year. Work sent in the UK afternoon is usually worked on overnight.
Can we talk through a project?
Yes. We can arrange a video call early in the UK morning or late in the UK afternoon, when both working days overlap.
How do you send large files?
Use the upload on the quote form, or a WeTransfer, Dropbox or Google Drive link. Final files come back the same way.
