Commercial agents need images that show what a tenant gets: eaves heights, loading doors, yard depth, parking. We frame views to answer those questions and add signage panels you can brand per tenant, so the same image serves every unit on the estate.
Questions we are asked
Can you add a tenant's branding later?
Yes. We leave signage zones that can be updated with each tenant's logo, so one image can be reused for every letting.
Do you render fit-out options for offices?
Yes. We can show a Category A space and a fitted-out option from the same model, which helps tenants picture the floor.
Can you work from a Revit model?
Yes, and it is the quickest route. We work from Revit, IFC, SketchUp and DWG.
